Shake well prior to using every time. 
Store at ROOM TEMPERATURE. 
Dosage: Adults, start with 1-3 drops orally to acquire taste. 
Can build up to 5mls at once, if required. 
Maximum recommended dose 15mls per day. 
Sport / exercise use 15-20mins prior & as needed for endurance
Children (from 5yr) start with a “taste” increase to 1-2 drops if required. 
Severe, long term congestion may initially require larger & more frequent doses to open & clear.
